Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund if you meet the following criteria:
- You purchased a product or service from Easyfy within the last 30 days.
- You are not satisfied with the product or service.
- You have requested a refund within 30 days of purchase.
- You have used less than 20 tokens out of the total tokens assigned for your package
How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing
Once we have received your refund request, we will process it within 5 business days.
You will receive a refund to the original form of payment.
Exceptions
There are a few exceptions to our refund policy:
- Digital products are not eligible for refunds.
- Products that have been used or damaged are not eligible for refunds.
- Products that are custom-made or personalized are not eligible for refunds.
