Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if you meet the following criteria:

• You purchased a product or service from Easyfy within the last 30 days.
• You are not satisfied with the product or service.
• You have requested a refund within 30 days of purchase.
• You have used less than 20 tokens out of the total tokens assigned for your package

How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing

Once we have received your refund request, we will process it within 5 business days.
You will receive a refund to the original form of payment.

Exceptions

There are a few exceptions to our refund policy:

• Digital products are not eligible for refunds.
• Products that have been used or damaged are not eligible for refunds.
• Products that are custom-made or personalized are not eligible for refunds.
