This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Easyfy with respect to the Services.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from this Agreement and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any provision of this Agreement will be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.
Easyfy may update this Agreement from time to time. If we make any significant changes to this Agreement, we will notify you by posting a notice on our website or by sending you an email.
